*The two bedrooms are spread out on separate floors, one being right off the main entrance & the other being upstairs with the main living area. PARKING: Max 4 cars will fit in the driveway. Street parking is prohibited. No garage parking as it’s used as a playroom. DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM: Features a queen bed with a pull-out twin trundle bed and smart 43" tv. Newly renovated en-suite bathroom. UPSTAIRS BEDROOM: Complete with a luxurious cal-king bed, along with a work/vanity desk, and a smart 43" tv hidden conveniently in the large closet. Large sliding patio door open up to a spacious outdoor deck. Features a connected heated bathroom (shower only) that also has an access door to the main living area. LIVING ROOM: Our sofa opens up into a queen bed, but we also have a Queen air mattress. 55" smart tv & Charging station included. KITCHEN: Brand new full-size appliances with convenient water and ice dispenser, full chef's kitchen with a spice rack, oil, coffee (Keurig, french press, & pour over, selection of teas, creamers, and sugars. PATIO DECK: Our back patio features seating area around a firepit. Propane firepit & barbeque (utensils provided). FAMILY-FRIENDLY: Infant amenities include pack n’ play with mattress & sheets, children's silverware, booster seat (ages 6m-3y), built-in baby gate at the top of the stairs in main living area, bath tub seat, humidifier, and sound machine. Large selection of various strategic and kid/family board games. DOG-FRIENDLY: *Max 2 please & need to be included in your guest count reservation! We kindly caution against leaving dogs unattended & uncrated in the home. We will charge for damages, so please don’t make us do that (scratches at the door or walls, etc.) Doggy bowls included & a fenced-in backyard. Please be respectful in picking up after them with the provided disposable bags. No cats please. EV CHARGING: We have a universal Level 2 charger compatible with most electric cars. Must be 21+ years to book as per San Bernardino County regulations. *WINTER TRAVEL: Please note that during winter, you are required to carry snow tire chains with you. The mountain weather changes frequently & we want all our guests to come prepared. During snow, we clear the driveway & the entrance to the front door upon arrival. After that, we provide shovels & snow removal contacts if you need it for the duration of your stay. If you are unsure about driving in the snow, please make sure to get travel insurance.

NEARBY ATTRACTIONS Lake Arrowhead Village (10 minutes away): Enjoy shops and restaurants, feed the ducks, or take a tour of the lake on the famous Lake Arrowhead Queen boat. Lake Gregory (10 minutes away): Dog & kid-friendly hiking trail around the lake & off-leash dog park. Fishing. Boat rentals. Santa's Village (10 minutes away): Family-friendly attraction which includes roller skating, rock climbing, biking, photos with Santa, fun playground for kids, train rides and more. Also has bike trails, archery, axe throwing, etc. for adults. Located only minutes away from the best hiking trails, restaurants, small mountain shops. You will have access to the entire cabin space, except one closet in the entryway where we stock cleaning tools and one private pantry cabinet in the kitchen.

Oh my gosh, this place was absolutely beautiful! It was so accommodating and incredibly family-friendly. This is the first Airbnb I’ve stayed at that completely took the stress out of traveling with both children and pets. Everything was thoughtfully child-proofed, which gave me such peace of mind. The amenities were beyond expectations — having a washer and dryer with pods provided was a lifesaver, and even little details like charging stations next to the beds were so thoughtful. The sound machine was a total game changer (I had forgotten mine!), especially with toddlers in tow. The kids absolutely adored the kids’ room and playroom — they played there the entire time! The coffee setup was amazing and just another example of how well thought out everything was. I’m so impressed and so grateful for such wonderful, considerate hosts. Every detail was clearly planned with care, and it truly made our stay relaxing and memorable 🤍

From start to finish, our stay at this cabin was magnificent. Natalie was incredibly attentive and easy to communicate with – always responsive and thoughtful, which made everything seamless and stress-free. The cabin itself is a true gem. Exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and so peaceful – it felt like a private retreat. Every detail was clearly thought out with guests in mind, and the amenities were beyond anything we expected. Absolutely everything we could have needed was provided, and more! Whether you’re looking for a relaxing escape or a well-equipped home base, this place has it all. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already thinking about when we can return. Highly, highly recommend!

We had such a great stay! The space was incredibly comfortable and thoughtfully set up. One of the biggest (and most welcome) surprises was how baby-proof everything was, it made our trip so much easier and more relaxing with a little one in tow. The beds were super comfy, and you can tell the hosts didn’t cut corners when it came to mattresses, sheets, or pillows, something I’ve unfortunately seen too often at other Airbnbs. Everything felt high quality, clean, and well-maintained. You can tell a lot of care went into anticipating guests' needs. From the layout to the amenities, everything was easy and intuitive. We felt at home right away and would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great experience staying at this Airbnb. The house was clean, spacious, and exactly as described in the listing. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and we appreciated the little touches like fresh towels and toiletries. The host was responsive and helpful, making check-in and check-out very easy
