MAX OCCUPANCY: 10 guests MAX PARKING: 4 cars LAYOUT: There are a few steps leading up to the front door. The main living area features an expansive living room with a gas fireplace, dining room, kitchen, along with a half bath. We also have a King master bedroom on the main floor, along with a spacious en-suite bathroom. Down a spiral staircase, you will find the three additional bedrooms. Here, you will also find the separate dog room and the entrance to the gated yard and the spacious deck with the firepit and lounge area. PLEASE NOTE: There is a separate apartment attached to the bottom of the home that is locked off & not part of the rental. It has its own separate driveway and entrance & there may be a tenant here, but it shouldn’t interfere with your stay in any way. KITCHEN: We provide a fully stocked kitchen which includes basic cooking essentials. We provide a Keurig, along with the coffee pods and sugar packets. Must be 21+ years to book as per San Bernardino County regulations. *WINTER TRAVEL: Please note that during winter, a 4 wheel drive vehicle is recommended you are required to carry snow tire chains with you. The mountain weather changes frequently & we want all our guests to come prepared. During snow, we clear the driveway & the entrance to the front door upon arrival. After that, we provide shovels & snow removal contacts if you need it for the duration of your stay. If you are unsure about driving in the snow, please make sure to get travel insurance.
