INDOOR LIVING: Living room fireplace, flat-screen TVs throughout, central A/C (really important in summer), washer & dryer, full WiFi. KITCHEN & DINING: Oven, full fridge, Keurig, complete cookware and dishware. Dining table seats the group. BATHROOMS: 2.5 bathrooms. Bathtub, walk-in shower, shower/tub combo. Enough bathroom space for 8 people. OUTDOOR: Furnished patio, gas grill, gas fire pit with seating. Deck space to enjoy the mountain air. PARKING & ARRIVAL: Level 2 EV charger with Tesla adapter. The driveway fits 4 vehicles with no incline. LAKE ACCESS: Walk to Manitoba Trail. Trail access available for guests. Details provided at check-in. Sorry, no pets allowed. For your safety, please avoid leaving food outdoors, keep pets supervised, and be mindful of your surroundings, especially during the evenings and early mornings. Please also keep doors and windows closed when not in use. Must be 21+ years to book, as per San Bernardino county regulations. *WINTER TRAVEL: Please note that during winter, you are required to carry snow tire chains with you. The mountain weather changes frequently & we want all our guests to come prepared. If you are unsure about driving in the snow, please make sure to get travel insurance.
