BEDROOMS Primary Suite (Master): Extra spacious room featuring a King bed, Twin bed, trundle bed tucked underneath, smart TV, and private en-suite bathroom—perfect for parents, couples, or anyone who loves a little extra room. Bedroom 2: Cozy and inviting with a Queen bed and warm cabin charm, also complete with a smart TV. Bedroom 3: Another comfortable Queen bed with a smart TV, great for additional couples, grandparents, or older kids. OUTDOOR SPACES Your group will love the extra-large gated yard, designed for fun, relaxation, and mountain living. Outdoor amenities include: -Private hot tub under a covered gazebo -Firepit for s’mores and stargazing -Barbecue grill for outdoor meals -Large flat driveway with a basketball hoop -Fully fenced yard, perfect for kids and pets PET POLICY: We allow up to 2 house trained, well-behaved dogs but they MUST be listed in the reservation guest count. We kindly ask that dogs are not left unattended at the home, unless crated. *Please note that our home is located in a mountain wilderness area where wildlife such as bears, coyotes, raccoons, and other native animals may occasionally be seen. For your safety, please avoid leaving food outdoors, keep pets supervised, and be mindful of your surroundings, especially during the evenings and early mornings. Please also keep doors and windows closed when not in use and ensure trash bins remain properly secured at all times to help prevent attracting wildlife. Must be 25+ years to book, as per San Bernardino county regulations. *WINTER TRAVEL: Please note that during winter, you are required to carry snow tire chains with you. The mountain weather changes frequently & we want all our guests to come prepared. Please plan for a 4WD vehicle. During snow, we clear the driveway & the entrance to the front door upon arrival. After that, we provide shovels & snow removal contacts if you need it for the duration of your stay. If you are unsure about driving in the snow, please make sure to get travel insurance.
