Walking distance to the Lake Arrowhead Village, approximately a 10-minute walk. Our max occupancy is 6 guests at the property at any given time. AIR CONDITIONING/HEATING: The home has central heating. For cooling, we have a mini-split unit in the living room, along with a ceiling fan. HOME LAYOUT/SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: From the driveway, you will enter into a spacious mud room/laundry area. On this level, you will also find a Queen bedroom and the double twin bedroom. Both bedrooms have a TV & share a luxurious hallway full bathroom. Upstairs on the main level, is the Queen master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a TV. The living room with cozy gas fireplace, dining room, and kitchen are on this level, along with the entrance to the outdoor patio. The outdoor patio is private and secluded, surrounded by trees. We have a dining table and a propane BBQ (propane provided) for outdoor meals in nature. We also have a comfy seating area around a firepit. The deck does face the main road so even though you may not be able to see it, you may hear some cars driving by in the background. There are spiral stairs from the living room that lead to a loft area (Bedroom 4), which has a Queen day bed. KITCHEN: Our chef's kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials to make your favorite meals. We have a Keurig as well as a drip coffee maker - with Keurig pods, coffee, and raw sugar provided. FAMILY-FRIENDLY: Our home has a retractable baby gate at the top of the stairs. We also have a pack n' play and sheets available at the home. PET-FRIENDLY: We allow up to 1 small or non-shedding, house-trained, well-behaved dog at the property, but it MUST be listed on the reservation guest count. Once listed, airbnb automatically applies the $100 pet fee. We provide doggy supplies here, but we also kindly ask that pets be house-trained & stay off the furniture. DRIVING/PARKING: We are located on an access/back road just off of the main road. Please note that our driveway can accommodate a MAX of 2 cars back to back on a small incline. There is no street parking, but we may have an additional off-site parking spot available so please let us know if you need to use it. HOUSE RULES: No parties or events allowed. Please be mindful of noise and respect the home and neighbors at all times. No outdoor music at any time & no outdoor gatherings past 10pm. *Please note that our home is located in a mountain wilderness area where wildlife such as bears, coyotes, raccoons, and other native animals may occasionally be seen. For your safety, please avoid leaving food outdoors, keep pets supervised, and be mindful of your surroundings, especially during the evenings and early mornings. Please also keep doors and windows closed when not in use and ensure trash bins remain properly secured at all times to help prevent attracting wildlife. Must be 25+ years to book, as per San Bernardino county regulations. *WINTER TRAVEL: Please note that during winter months, you are required to carry snow tire chains with you. The mountain weather changes frequently & we want all our guests to come prepared. During snow, we clear the driveway & the entrance to the front door upon arrival. After that, we provide shovels & snow removal contacts if you need it for the duration of your stay. If you are unsure about driving in the snow, please make sure to get travel insurance.
