Newly built in 2018, this modern home has all the amenities you'll need for your next vacation. Guests will have to walk down a set of exterior stairs to access the front door. MAX OCCUPANCY: 12 guests PARKING: We have parking for 4 cars max. Two cars can fit inside the garage and two can fit perpendicularly to these on the driveway. Street parking is prohibited by the county. LAYOUT: This home is three stories with the open floor plan living space on the main level, along with the King master bedroom with en-suite bath, another Queen bedroom, full bath, and the large expansive patio. On the top level, you'll find a loft space and the bunk bed room along with the office room which share a bathroom. On the bottom level, you'll find the game room, along with another King en-suite bedroom and the twin bed kid's room. BEDROOM 1: Located on the main floor with a luxurious en-suite bathroom and stunning lake view. This master bedroom has direct access to the outdoor patio and also features a TV. BEDROOM 2: The second master bedroom is located on the bottom level off of the game room. This room has direct access to the lake trails that run behind the home, along with a similar luxurious en-suite bathroom and large tub & a TV. BEDROOM 3: The Queen bedroom is located on the main floor. It has a TV and a full bathroom just down the hallway. BEDROOM 4: The bottom level kid's room is off of the game room and features a TV, along with two single beds. BEDROOM 5: The top level bunk bed room features a single over double bed. It's located off of the loft area and has a shared bathroom down the hallway. BEDROOM 6: This bedroom is equipped with a desk and a single bed. It features a computer screen, printer, and shares a bathroom with the bunk bed room. KITCHEN: Our chef's kitchen is equipped with salt, pepper, olive oil, and most essentials needed to prep delicious meals. Our kitchen is outfitted with a full suite of new stainless steel appliances that include a Wolf range & a drip coffee maker. PET-FRIENDLY: We allow up to two house-trained, well behaved dogs at the cabin but they MUST be added to the reservation guest count. Please make sure to bring any additional supplies needed with you. Dogs must NEVER be left at the home unattended, unless crated. LAKE ACCESS: Our property provides exclusive access to the Lake Arrowhead trails. After booking, you will be able to fill out a form with guest info so we can add you into the system. Our backyard leads directly into the trails. DOCK ACCESS: Our guests will have access to the sitting area and Adirondack chairs right before the dock entrance, perfect for enjoying the beautiful lake sunsets. The dock itself will be locked. Due to local laws, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. *Please note that during wintertime, you will be required to carry snow chains with you. We do not provide refunds for weather, so please make sure to purchase trip insurance if you are unsure of driving in the snow.
