LAYOUT & SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: The home is three levels. On the main level, you'll find the master bedroom with en-suite (Bedroom 1 & Bathroom 1). The kitchen, dining, and living room is here as well as the entrance to the back deck with the hot tub & firepit. On the bottom level, you'll find the additional four bedrooms. -Queen & twin bedroom has a private en-suite -Bunk Bed room has an attached pass-through en0suite bathroom -The King bedroom has the pass-through bathroom across the hall The top level is the additional living room (Living Room 2) and this has cozy seating for movie nights, an incredible forest view, and kid's toys and entertainement. There is also a full size sleeper sofa here as well. KITCHEN: The kitchen has all new appliances, including a double oven and an air-fryer. There is also an Alkaline water filtration system. For morning coffee, we provide a drip coffee maker, a pour-over coffee maker, and a stovetop Moka espresso pot, along with a variety of coffee and raw sugar packets. OUTDOOR SPACE: Surrounded by towering pines on more than one-third of an acre, Tavern Bay Terrace offers several distinct outdoor spaces, allowing everyone to enjoy the mountains their own way. EV CHARGER: We have a Level 2 EV charger on the property. For Teslas, please make sure to have the adapter attachment tip. • Two beach chairs • Cooler • Beach wagon Guests are registered through the Arrowhead Lake Association before arrival, making it easy to enjoy one of Lake Arrowhead’s most sought-after amenities. *Please note that our home is located in a mountain wilderness area where wildlife such as bears, coyotes, raccoons, and other native animals may occasionally be seen. For your safety, please avoid leaving food outdoors, keep pets supervised, and be mindful of your surroundings, especially during the evenings and early mornings. Please also keep doors and windows closed when not in use and ensure trash bins remain properly secured at all times to help prevent attracting wildlife. Must be 21+ years to book, as per San Bernardino county regulations. *WINTER TRAVEL: Please note that during winter, you are required to carry snow tire chains with you. The mountain weather changes frequently & we want all our guests to come prepared. During snow, we clear the street level Carport driveway (2 tandem parking spaces) & the entrance to the front door upon arrival. After that, we provide shovels & snow removal contacts if you need it for the duration of your stay. If you are unsure about driving in the snow, please make sure to get travel insurance.
