MAX OCCUPANCY: Our county allows for 8 guests, including kids. LAYOUT: Our home is two stories. The main floor features the living area with a tv & cozy fireplace, a powder room, and the master bedroom with en-suite. There is an additional living area and the additional two bedrooms that share a bathroom on the bottom floor. Both floors have expansive decks with stunning lake views. MAIN FLOOR: The kitchen, living, and dining room are located on the main floor and feature newly installed 10 foot stacking doors that open up providing the best indoor/outdoor living. The King master bedroom features a modern en-suite, along with lake views and a 50" flat screen tv. BOTTOM FLOOR: The bottom floor has an additional living space with a 65" tv. The Queen bedroom and the bunk bedroom are located here and share a full bathroom. There is a large expansive deck here with a fun ping pong table for hours of fun! FAST WIFI, CENTRAL A/C & HEATING PET-POLICY: Sorry, no pets allowed at this time. If any pets are seen to be snuck in, we will charge a $300 fee per pet. Must be 21+ years to book as per San Bernardino County regulations. *WINTER TRAVEL: Please note that during winter, you are required to carry snow tire chains with you. The mountain weather changes frequently & we want all our guests to come prepared. During snow, we clear the entrance to the front door upon arrival. After that, we provide shovels & snow removal contacts if you need it for the duration of your stay. If you are unsure about driving in the snow, please make sure to get travel insurance.
