MAX OCCUPANCY: 10 guests MAX PARKING: 4 cars LAYOUT: There are a few steps leading up to the front door. The main living area features an expansive living room with a gas fireplace, dining room, kitchen, along with a half bath. We also have a King master bedroom on the main floor, along with a spacious en-suite bathroom. Down a spiral staircase, you will find the three additional bedrooms. Here, you will also find the separate dog room and the entrance to the gated yard and the spacious deck with the firepit and lounge area. PLEASE NOTE: There is a separate apartment attached to the bottom of the home that is locked off & not part of the rental. It has its own separate driveway and entrance & there may be a tenant here, but it shouldn’t interfere with your stay in any way. KITCHEN: We provide a fully stocked kitchen which includes basic cooking essentials. We provide a Keurig, along with the coffee pods and sugar packets. Must be 21+ years to book as per San Bernardino County regulations. *WINTER TRAVEL: Please note that during winter, a 4 wheel drive vehicle is recommended you are required to carry snow tire chains with you. The mountain weather changes frequently & we want all our guests to come prepared. During snow, we clear the driveway & the entrance to the front door upon arrival. After that, we provide shovels & snow removal contacts if you need it for the duration of your stay. If you are unsure about driving in the snow, please make sure to get travel insurance.

Please note there is a separate apartment that is attached to the home, which has its own separate parking and entrance. We may be a tenant here, but it shouldn't interfere with your stay in any way.

PARKING: Upper and lower parking decks are available for you to use. The upper parking is to the main entrance. It's off an access road that is shared with our neighbors. Please be a good neighbor! (3-4 Cars will fit here) There is absolutely no street parking allowed or parking that would block our neighbors ease of access. You may also need to be prepared to shovel and have your tire chains on to be able to access the driveway depending on conditions. The lower driveway is steep and only accessible in good weather - it's not safe in ice or snow - you'll get trapped. If you have more vehicles or can’t fit them in the parking space in front of the garage, you should be prepared to park the extra ones at the village (4 mi away) where there is free overnight garage parking.
