LAYOUT: Please note that this cabin does require you to climb stairs, both exterior & interior. The home itself is three levels. LOWER LEVEL: A cozy den with a brick-hearth gas fireplace and a pool table for late-night games. The hot tub is located on the patio off of the game room. MAIN FLOOR: A modern kitchen opens into the living and dining areas, complete with a second gas fireplace. There is also a bedroom and bath on this level. UPPER LEVEL: Features two additional King bedrooms with vaulted ceilings and a desk setup where squirrels might pause to see if you’re working or daydreaming. PET-FRIENDLY: We allow up to 2 well-behaved, house trained dogs but they MUST be listed in the reservation guest count. Dogs must never be left at the home unattended, unless crated. LAKE ACCESS: This home features exclusive access to the trails around Lake Arrowhead. Please refer to our house manual upon booking for more access info. This is a quiet getaway, not a party house. Sound travels easily in the mountains, and we’re very strict about noise. There are other homes nearby better suited for gatherings, but ours isn’t one of them. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat, this is the perfect spot! Per San Bernardino county rules, you must be 21+ to book.

Other Details to Note

Life moves slower on the mountain, and we’re here for it. If you’d like a late checkout, just ask! If no one’s checking in right after you, we’ll do everything we can to make it happen—it’s all about squeezing in a little more time to enjoy the peace and quiet.

Guest Access

You will have access to the entire home with exception to the 2 owners closets where we keep supplies. One of the best perks? Registered guests get exclusive access to Lake Arrowhead where you'll see huge fish and crisp, clear, mountain water. The local association requires us to submit your info 24 hours before check-in, so let us know if you’d like access, and we’ll handle the rest.

We loved it. It was so beautiful and peaceful. The home had everything we needed to be comfortable. I honestly would consider booking this location again in the future. And Natalie is the sweetest. She was super flexible accommodating. Thank you for everything, Natalie!

We had such an amazing stay here! The place was spotless and so comfy, and the fireplaces made everything feel extra cozy. We absolutely loved the jacuzzi and spent so much time playing pool. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and the location is so peaceful and beautiful. Natalie even left a surprise anniversary cake upon arrival which was the sweetest touch and made our trip feel extra special. We would definitely come back!

Incredible stay and hosts. We visited in early November and the weather was perfect for hiking. The host provided special access to trails with gorgeous lake views which we loved. We really enjoyed the cozy cabin vibes so stayed in, cooked and went for walks in the neighborhood. Also there’s a hot tub which overlooks the mountains and is super special whether you choose to go for a dip in the evening or mornings. Would highly recommend for at least a week stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Natalie’s cabin in Lake Arrowhead! The place was cozy, beautifully decorated, and had such a great vibe. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bathrooms were amazing (Toto bidets — huge plus!), and the hot tub was perfect after a long day. Natalie and her partner were truly wonderful hosts, so kind, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. They also have other cabins, and after this experience, we’d definitely love to stay at any of their places again! Lake Arrowhead is calm, peaceful, and perfect for families, and it's a huge bonus that the cabin is pet-friendly. For parents with toddlers, I’d just suggest bringing a safety gate since it’s a three-story home.

We stayed at Animal Crossing for our first weekend trip with our 3 month old daughter and her grandparents. The home was beautiful, well stocked, thoughtfully decorated and very comfortable. Perfect for making beautiful new memories with our growing family. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I loved the house. It’s 3 stories and I love that the floors didn’t creek. Very thoughtfully decorated with a moody feel that I absolutely loved. Everything was great quality from silverware to cups to cookware. There was a grocery store a few minutes drive which was nice. Lake Gregory is 15 minutes away for fishing, kayaking and water activities. Great places to dine at lake Arrowhead.
