MAX OCCUPANCY: *We have a max occupancy of 10 adults, with room for 4 children - 14 MAX. We have PARKING for up to 3 cars max on the property. Two cars can fit in our garage and we can fit another one perpendicular to that in our driveway. We may be able to accommodate additional cars, just let us know beforehand. Please note, street parking is prohibited. LAYOUT: Our guests can enjoy a step-free entrance into the home. The main level features an open floor plan, along with the master bedroom with an en-suite bath. Downstairs you'll find another spacious living/game room and the additional three bedrooms. There is an outdoor patio on each level with views of Bear Mountain resort. MASTER BEDROOM: This master suite is located on the main level near the main living area w/ a luxurious King bed, en-suite bathroom, cozy fireplace, and a TV. BUNK BED ROOM: The bunk beds are 1 full over full and 1 twin over full. KITCHEN: Stocked kitchen with essentials & pots and pans for cooking. Drip coffeemaker & Keurig available - coffee pods, coffee beans, & sugar provided. GAMEROOM LIVING ROOM: Our downstairs living room features a myriad of board games, a Pac-Man game, air hockey, shuffle board, and more! PETS: No pets are allowed at this home. Any pets that are snuck in will automatically incur a $500/pet fee. Central Air Conditioning & Central Heating As per San Bernardino County, you must be 21+ to book. PLEASE NOTE: After booking, a copy of the Good Neighbor Policy will be sent to the booker for signing, as required by our county.
