No street parking allowed. If you need additional parking spots, we offer paid offsite parking. LAYOUT: This home is three stories with two bedrooms on the main level for step-free access. The bottom level features a secondary living room, full bathroom, game room, & the kids' (twin bed) room. The main level features the open floor plan living space and half bath, along with Queen room & a Double room which share a jack and jill bathroom. On the top floor you'll find the two King bedrooms which share a hallway bathroom. BEDROOM 1 & 2: Located on the top level, these two spacious bedrooms have have luxurious King beds and a TV. They share a bathroom, located in the hallway. BEDROOM 3 & 4: Located on main floor, the Queen bedroom & Double bedroom offer a convenient step-free access from the driveway. They share a spacious jack & jill full bathroom and there is also an additional half bath off the living area. BEDROOM 5: The kid's room located on the bottom level, features two twin beds and is right off of the fun game room. There is a full bathroom located on this level. KITCHEN: Our chef's kitchen is equipped with salt, pepper, olive oil, and most essentials needed to prep delicious meals. We have a standard drip coffee maker & ground coffee for your convenience. PET-FRIENDLY: We allow up to one house-trained, well behaved dog at the cabin but it MUST be added to the reservation guest count. Please make sure to bring any additional supplies needed with you. Dogs must NEVER be left at the home unattended, unless crated. LAKE ACCESS: Our property provides exclusive access to the Lake Arrowhead trails. After booking, you will be able to fill out a form with guest info so we can add you into the system. Per San Bernardino County regulation, you must be 21+ to book.
