The Orange Cabins

Black Feather Lodge is a tri-level cottage style home build in nineteen thirty-five and recently upgraded with “vintage-modern” amenities. AIR CONDITIONING/HEATING: The home has central heating. No central AC. We have a portable air-conditioning unit in the living room and additional fans are provided for guest comfort. It features 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and is capable of sleeping 10 guests. The main level includes a bedroom and bathroom, living room, kitchen and dining and a wraparound deck. Upstairs are 2 more bedrooms and a half bathroom. Downstairs is the “Bunk Room” and includes a full bathroom and laundry room. Behind the Lodge is a patio with Adirondack chairs for lounging around the firepit, a detached Studio which can be used as an office space, and a fenced side yard. The level driveway can fit 4 vehicles comfortably. The Lodge is easily accessible via main roads in the neighborhood and does not require 4-wheel drive for access. *Please note that our home is located in a mountain wilderness area where wildlife such as bears, coyotes, raccoons, and other native animals may occasionally be seen. For your safety, please avoid leaving food outdoors, keep pets supervised, and be mindful of your surroundings, especially during the evenings and early mornings. Please also keep doors and windows closed when not in use and ensure trash bins remain properly secured at all times to help prevent attracting wildlife. Per San Bernardino County regulation, you must be 21+ to book.
