The cabin requires you to climb stairs from the street to the front door. You enter on the main level where the living room, kitchen, and half bath are located. There are two bedrooms downstairs which share a bathroom. The primary suite is on the top level with an en-suite bathroom, its own living room, and a small loft area with two additional twin beds. MAX OCCUPANCY: 8 guests (including kids) PARKING: We have parking at the top of our deck for 2 cars MAX only & additional street parking is not permitted. ***WARNING: Our driveway can accommodate 2 more, BUT it is very steep and should NOT be used during snow/rain conditions & only suitable for very skilled drivers otherwise. KITCHEN: Our stocked kitchen includes olive oil, spices, and everything you need to make a home-cooked meal. Keurig coffee maker, pods, and sugar provided. DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM 1: The library bedroom features a King bed, smart tv, and walk-in closet. DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM 2: This spacious room includes a Queen bed and one bunk bed (twin over twin). This room also has a smart tv. UPSTAIRS BEDROOM: The upstairs space feels like its own private oasis as you walk into another living room & the bedroom right off of it. The master bedroom has a Queen bed and a large, luxurious en-suite bathroom with separate walk-in shower and bath tub. LOFT SPACE: This small loft space just off of the upstairs living room has two floor twin beds, which are best suited for kids. OUTDOOR PATIO: Patio set seating around a propane firepit (propane included) and additional propane bbq to the side. FAMILY-FRIENDLY: Infant amenities include pack n’ play, high chair, kid's games and toys, and a baby gate. DOG-FRIENDLY: *Max 2 please & need to be included in your guest count reservation! We kindly caution against leaving dogs unattended & uncrated in the home. We do charge for damages such as scratches on doors, so please keep this is mind. Our deck is not gated. AIR CONDITIONING: There is a mini split A/C system in the upstairs living room. For your security, we do have two exterior cameras at the top of the front door facing the street/driveway and the front deck. Must be 21+ years to book as per San Bernardino County regulations. *WINTER TRAVEL: Please note that during winter, you are required to carry snow tire chains with you. The mountain weather changes frequently & we want all our guests to come prepared. During snow, we clear the driveway & the entrance to the front door upon arrival. After that, we provide shovels & snow removal contacts if you need it for the duration of your stay. If you are unsure about driving in the snow, please make sure to get travel insurance.
