BEDS: We have two King beds, one Queen bed, two foldaway twin beds in the closet that guests are welcome to set up, and an additional ottoman in the living room that opens up into a twin bed. UPPER PARKING (2 SPACES MAX ONLY): 2 car tandem parking in our street level carport. Per county rules, street parking is not authorized & will be fined. LOWER PARKING (2 spaces) IS CLOSED DURING WINTER SEASON ***Warning: When snowy or icy conditions are present, PLEASE DO NOT use lower driveway due to the risk of poor traction and sliding down the slope. However, in good weather, guests are free to use the lower driveway, which offers an additional 2 parking spaces and easy level entry into the cabin with no stairs. A yellow chain can easily be unhooked by guests WHEN WEATHER PERMITS the use of the lower driveway. (Request combo from host) LAYOUT: There is one bedroom on the main floor (King) with a full bath aligned directly across from it. The Master Suite (King) and a second bedroom (Queen) are are located upstairs on the second floor. The two upstairs bedrooms share a full bath. All other amenities are on the main floor and do not require stairs. PATIO DECK: Glass panel railing allows for the best nature views. Dining table & seating for 8. Propane BBQ (propane provided). MAIN LEVEL BEDROOM: Features a luxurious King bed, work desk, and a bathroom across the hall. No stairs required. UPSTAIRS BEDROOM 1: The Master Suite features a King bed, a 55” smart tv, an expansive desk, and gorgeous views. Shared bathroom. (Fold-away twin bed stored in closet) UPSTAIRS BEDROOM 2: This room has a beautiful Queen bed with forest views & shares a bathroom with the other upstairs bedroom. (Fold-away twin bed stored in closet) LIVING ROOM: Enjoy the gas fireplace (no wood needed), spectacular views, a 65” smart tv, and Bluetooth sound system. (Ottoman is also a secret twin bed) THEATER/ GAME ROOM: Garage converted into a game room featuring a 75” large screen tv, a pool table, a variety of arcade games, electric fireplace/heater, power reclining sofa, and Bluetooth sound system. KITCHEN: Stocked kitchen includes Keurig coffee maker, blender, spices, cooking oil, and a Brita water purifier. BATHROOMS: The two full bath/shower combo bathrooms are stocked with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, & body wash. There is one bathroom on each floor of the home. FAMILY-FRIENDLY: Infant amenities include a pack n’ play (bring your own sheets), baby gate, infant tub, and a humidifier located in the upstairs bedroom closet. Children's dinnerware, utensils, and a high chair located in kitchen. PET POLICY: No pets. Fines will apply. WASHER/DRYER: Located in the game room. Must be 21+ years to book, as per San Bernardino county regulations. *WINTER TRAVEL: Please note that during winter, you are required to carry snow tire chains with you. The mountain weather changes frequently & we want all our guests to come prepared. During snow, we clear the street level Carport driveway (2 tandem parking spaces) & the entrance to the front door upon arrival. After that, we provide shovels & snow removal contacts if you need it for the duration of your stay. If you are unsure about driving in the snow, please make sure to get travel insurance.
