The Orange Cabins

*PARKING: We have room for 2 car tandem parking in our driveway. Per county rules, street parking is not permitted. AIR CONDITIONING/HEATING: The home has both central AC & heating. MAX OCCUPANCY: 8 guests (including kids) LAYOUT: One bedroom (King) on the main floor with the dining, living room, bathroom, and spacious outdoor patio. Two bedrooms are located downstairs & share a bathroom. There is a Loft (Living Room 2) off of the main living room which has two single beds. LIVING ROOM: Rustic cabin living room straight out of a movie. Large ceilings and open floor plan. MAIN FLOOR BEDROOM: Features a King Bed & on the same level as living space & outdoor patio. DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM 1: Features a Queen bed and outdoor access to a private deck. DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM 2: Kid's room with two single beds. Toys & games provided. OUTDOOR PATIO: Seating area around a firepit (propane) with cafe lights surrounding the deck. Propane BBQ Grill. Outdoor dining area. PETS: Max 2 dogs allowed but they must be included in the reservation count. Dogs must never be left unattended at the home, unless crated. Please no cats or puppies. WASHER/DRYER located in the locked supply closet. Guests are welcome to use it & can message host for lock code. *Please note that our home is located in a mountain wilderness area where wildlife such as bears, coyotes, raccoons, and other native animals may occasionally be seen. For your safety, please avoid leaving food outdoors, keep pets supervised, and be mindful of your surroundings, especially during the evenings and early mornings. Please also keep doors and windows closed when not in use and ensure trash bins remain properly secured at all times to help prevent attracting wildlife. Must be 21+ years to book as per San Bernardino County regulations. *WINTER TRAVEL: Please note that during winter, you are required to carry snow tire chains with you. The mountain weather changes frequently & we want all our guests to come prepared. During snow, we clear the driveway & the entrance to the front door upon arrival. After that, we provide shovels & snow removal contacts if you need it for the duration of your stay. If you are unsure about driving in the snow, please make sure to get travel insurance.
