*PARKING: We have room for 2 car tandem parking in our driveway. Per county rules, street parking is not permitted. MAX OCCUPANCY: 8 guests (including kids) LAYOUT: One bedroom (King) on the main floor with the dining, living room, bathroom, and spacious outdoor patio. Two bedrooms are located downstairs & share a bathroom. There is a Loft (Living Room 2) off of the main living room which has two single beds. LIVING ROOM: Rustic cabin living room straight out of a movie. Large ceilings and open floor plan. MAIN FLOOR BEDROOM: Features a King Bed & on the same level as living space & outdoor patio. DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM 1: Features a Queen bed and outdoor access to a private deck. DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM 2: Kid's room with two single beds. Toys & games provided. OUTDOOR PATIO: Seating area around a firepit (propane) with cafe lights surrounding the deck. Propane BBQ Grill. Outdoor dining area. PETS: Max 2 dogs allowed but they must be included in the reservation count. Dogs must never be left unattended at the home, unless crated. Please no cats or puppies. WASHER/DRYER located in the locked supply closet. Guests are welcome to use it & can message host for lock code. Must be 21+ years to book as per San Bernardino County regulations. *WINTER TRAVEL: Please note that during winter, you are required to carry snow tire chains with you. The mountain weather changes frequently & we want all our guests to come prepared. During snow, we clear the driveway & the entrance to the front door upon arrival. After that, we provide shovels & snow removal contacts if you need it for the duration of your stay. If you are unsure about driving in the snow, please make sure to get travel insurance.
