*The space includes a bedroom (Cal King with en-suite) on the main level. Three additional bedrooms with an en-suite are located upstairs, along with the last bedroom which has its own bathroom across the hall. MAX OCCUPANCY: 12 guests (including kids) MAX PARKING: 4 cars Sorry, no pets allowed. BEDROOM 1: Located on the main level, this Cal King bedroom has an en-suite attached & tv. BEDROOM 2: This spacious master bedroom with a luxurious Cal King bed, gas fireplace, tv, sitting area, and the most luxurious bathroom boasting a soaking tub overlooking forest views. BEDROOM 3: This bedroom located at the end of the hallways also has a Cal King bed, tv, and its own private en-suite. BEDROOM 4: This spacious room has two Full-Over-Full bunk beds for a total of 4 beds, a TV, board games, and its own private en-suite bathroom. BEDROOM 5: The last bedroom has a Cal King bed, tv, and has a bathroom that's located across the hall. Must be 21+ years to book as per San Bernardino County regulations. For your security, we have two exterior cameras. One is above the garage facing the street & the second is at the garage corner facing the front yard walkway. Ring doorbell located near front door. *WINTER TRAVEL: Please note that during winter, you are required to carry snow tire chains with you. The mountain weather changes frequently & we want all our guests to come prepared. During snow, we clear the driveway & the entrance to the front door upon arrival. After that, we provide shovels & snow removal contacts if you need it for the duration of your stay. If you are unsure about driving in the snow, please make sure to get travel insurance.
