PARKING: We have spots for 2 cars max in our driveway. No street parking. MAX OCCUPANCY: Our county allows for up to 8 guests, including kids. *There are quite a few stairs (approximately 50) leading up to the front door, which give the cabin a magical treehouse feel. LAYOUT: The home is 2,270 sqft and three levels with a bedroom on each floor. The main floor features a queen bedroom with a bathroom just across the hall. Upstairs, the loft cal-king bedroom offers stunning views and a private en-suite bathroom. On the lower level, you'll find a stylish game room and a kid-friendly bedroom with twin-over-twin bunk beds, a trundle, and its own en-suite bathroom. MIDDLE LEVEL: Spacious queen bed with a bathroom just across the hall. The living room, kitchen, & dining room are also on this level, along with the private deck. LIVING ROOM: Features a gas fireplace (no logs needed) & opens up onto the deck. We have an open floor plan & please note, there is no TV in the living room. OUTDOOR DECK: Perched high in the trees, the deck has a propane firepit with seating and a propane BBQ. Propane provided. Outdoor dining table. TOP FLOOR LOFT BEDROOM: Features a luxurious cal king bed, en-suite bathroom, and a TV BOTTOM FLOOR BUNK BED ROOM: Two twin over twin bunk beds plus a pull-out trundle bed (5 twin beds total). This room also has an en-suite bathroom and a seating area with a TV. BOTTOM FLOOR GAME ROOM: A fun speakeasy-style gameroom has a pool table and a curated vinyl collection. Bar table and stools complete the vibe. PET POLICY: We allow up to 2 well-behaved house trained dogs but they must be included in the reservation guest count. Please note, dogs must NEVER be left unattended at the cabin (unless crated). No cats. LAKE ACCESS: This property has exclusive access to the private Lake Arrowhead trails. Info will be sent upon booking. Portable fans located in the home for your convenience. Central heating. Must be 21+ years to book as per San Bernardino County regulations. *WINTER TRAVEL: Please note that during winter, you are required to carry snow tire chains with you. The mountain weather changes frequently & we want all our guests to come prepared. During snow, we clear the entrance to the front door upon arrival. After that, we provide shovels & snow removal contacts if you need it for the duration of your stay. If you are unsure about driving in the snow, please make sure to get travel insurance.
