MAX OCCUPANCY: We have a max occupancy of 8 adults, with room for 2 children - 10 MAX. We have PARKING for up to 3 cars in our driveway. Please note, street parking is prohibited. LAYOUT: There are a few steps leading up to the front door. The first floor contains two bedrooms and a full bath. The upstairs top floors contains the main living area, master bedroom with an en-suite, and a half bath. *High-Speed Wifi & All Bedrooms Have a TV BEDROOM 1: This master suite is located on the second floor near the main living area w/ a luxurious King bed, en-suite bathroom, and a TV. BEDROOM 2: This bedroom contains a Queen bed and is located on the first floor. This room also contains a TV. BEDROOM 3: This room contains a twin over full bunk bed, with an additional twin trundle pull-out. We also have an air mattress for additional sleeping room. KITCHEN: Stocked kitchen with essentials & pots and pans for cooking. Drip coffeemaker & Keurig available - coffee pods, coffee beans, & sugar provided. FULLY FENCED BACKYARD contains a hot tub, sauna, propane firepit, and two swings for the ultimate family-fun or romantic retreat. WOOD BURNING FIREPLACE: Bring wood with you during your stay to use the cozy wood-burning fireplace. GARAGE GAMEROOM: Our garage has been converted into a game room with a ping pong table, arcade games, a pickleball net with paddles provided. PETS: Two house-trained dogs are allowed at this cabin, but they MUST be added to the reservation guest count. Dogs must never be left at the cabin unattended, unless crated. Dog sitter recommendations available upon request if needed. Central Air Conditioning & Central Heating As per San Bernardino County, you must be 21+ to book. PLEASE NOTE: After booking, a copy of the Good Neighbor Policy will be sent to the booker for signing, as required by our county.
