The Orange Cabins

MAX OCCUPANCY: 4 guests AIR CONDITIONING/HEATING: The home has central heating. No central AC. For cooling, there are portable AC in each bedroom and additional fans are provided to guests. We have PARKING for up to 2 cars in our driveway. Please note, street parking is prohibited. Cozy mountain cabin with the perfect blend of modern upgrades and classic Big Bear charm. Relax on the spacious outdoor deck featuring a private hot tub with incredible views of Bear Mountain Ski Resort, plus outdoor dining perfect for morning coffee or sunset dinners. Inside, enjoy warm cabin vibes with renovated modern touches, a gas-burning fireplace, and a fully stocked kitchen ready for home-cooked meals. The main level offers the living space and bathroom, while both upstairs bedrooms feature a spacious Cal King bed & a Queen bed, including one with beautiful mountain views. Please note that there is no dishwasher here. PETS: One house-trained dog is allowed at this cabin, but it MUST be added to the reservation guest count (pet fee applies). Dogs must never be left at the cabin unattended, unless crated. Dog sitter recommendations available upon request if needed. Power Outages: Occasional power outages can occur in the Big Bear area, so we recommend being prepared for possible interruptions during your stay. Please note that refunds for power outages are not offered unless the outage lasts longer than 12 hours. *Please note that our home is located in a mountain wilderness area where wildlife such as bears, coyotes, raccoons, and other native animals may occasionally be seen. For your safety, please avoid leaving food outdoors, keep pets supervised, and be mindful of your surroundings, especially during the evenings and early mornings. Please also keep doors and windows closed when not in use. As per San Bernardino County, you must be 25+ to book. PLEASE NOTE: After booking, a copy of the Good Neighbor Policy will be sent to the booker for signing, as required by our county.
