You will walk down a set of stairs from the driveway where you immediately enter into the cozy living room. All three bedrooms are on the second floor, which has a built-in baby gate at the top of the stairs. **PARKING: 2 cars MAX in driveway, street parking is prohibited. While our driveway is flat, the mountain road leading up to the cabin is steep, which allows for the beautiful mountaintop views we have. MAX OCCUPANCY: 8 guests BEDROOM 1: The master suite has a King bed, work desk overlooking mountain views, and an attached fully updated luxurious en-suite master bath. Ceiling Fan & Portable A/C. BEDROOM 2: A plush Queen bed awaits you in this bedroom overlooking spectacular nature views. A sliding barn door leads to the attached bathroom, which can also be accessed from the hallway. Ceiling Fan. BEDROOM 3: Lastly, this bedroom has a bunk bed and an additional twin bed with a twin trundle pull-out. Portable Air Conditioning. BATHROOM: We have two full bathrooms upstairs. One is in the master bedroom & the other is in the hallway shared between the other two bedrooms (with direct access from the Queen bedroom). The half bath is downstairs off the kitchen, where we have the washer/dryer. LIVING ROOM: Features a tv above a gas burning fireplace and access to the expansive patio. KITCHEN: Fully remodeled chef's kitchen with everything you'll need to cook a full meal. PATIO: The outdoor deck leads out onto a patio with seating & bbq. An additional deck below accommodates comfortable seating around a firepit overlooking the mountains. EV LEVEL 2 CHARGER. This is a universal charger compatible with most EV vehicles. If you have a Tesla, please make sure to bring the Tesla attachment tip. INFANT FRIENDLY: Attached baby gate at the top of stairs, new high chair, baby bath seat, kid’s plastic dishware, & a pack n’ play. PET-FRIENDLY: We allow up to 2 dogs, but they must be included in the reservation. We kindly ask that the dogs are never left at the home unattended, unless crated. Please no puppies or cats. Gated Yard. PORTABLE A/C: We have portable air conditioning units that are set up in the living room and in two of the bedrooms during the summer months. Must be 21+ years to book as per San Bernardino County regulations. *WINTER TRAVEL: Please note that during winter, you are required to carry snow tire chains with you. The mountain weather changes frequently & we want all our guests to come prepared. During snow, we clear the driveway & the entrance to the front door upon arrival. After that, we provide shovels & snow removal contacts if you need it for the duration of your stay. If you are unsure about driving in the snow, please make sure to get travel insurance.
