MAX OCCUPANCY: 8 guests at the property at any time. Our driveway includes tandem parking for up to 4 cars back to back. The home has a level entry, minus a step up onto the front deck. AIR CONDITIONING/HEATING: The home has both central AC & heating. Two bedrooms are located on the main level - the bunk bed room and the Queen bedroom and share a hallway bathroom. Bedroom 1: It features a comfortable king-sized bed in a bright, modern space with warm, cozy accents. Has direct access to the outdoor deck, where the hot tub is located. It includes a TV and an en-suite full bathroom for added convenience. Bedroom 2: A cozy bunk room features custom-built wooden bunk beds, perfect for kids or group stays. With its cabin-inspired design and warm wood accents, the space feels both fun and inviting. Ideal for maximizing sleeping space. Bedroom 3: It has a queen-sized bed and is located just across from the bunk room, making it a convenient option for families or groups. A shared full bathroom is also located across and shared with the bunk room. Living Room: There are two inviting living areas—one upstairs and one downstairs—offering plenty of space to relax and unwind. Both living rooms include cozy wood-burning fireplaces. The downstairs living area also features an arcade game Outdoor Games include a ping-pong table & cornhole. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, sleek finishes, and a spacious island with bar seating—perfect for cooking and gathering. It has an open layout that seamlessly connects to the living area. *Please note that our home is located in a mountain wilderness area where wildlife such as bears, coyotes, raccoons, and other native animals may occasionally be seen. For your safety, please avoid leaving food outdoors, keep pets supervised, and be mindful of your surroundings, especially during the evenings and early mornings. Please also keep doors and windows closed when not in use and ensure trash bins remain properly secured at all times to help prevent attracting wildlife. Must be 21+ years to book as per San Bernardino County regulations. For your security, we have two exterior cameras. One is by the driveway facing the trash cans & the second is at the exterior side of the home facing the side yard. Ring doorbell located near front door. *WINTER TRAVEL: Please note that during winter, you are required to carry snow tire chains with you. The mountain weather changes frequently & we want all our guests to come prepared. During snow, we clear the driveway & the entrance to the front door upon arrival. After that, we provide shovels & snow removal contacts if you need it for the duration of your stay. If you are unsure about driving in the snow, please make sure to get travel insurance.
