Ideal for maximizing sleeping space. Bedroom 3: It has a queen-sized bed and is located just across from the bunk room, making it a convenient option for families or groups. A shared full bathroom is also located across and shared with the bunk room. Living Room: There are two inviting living areas—one upstairs and one downstairs—offering plenty of space to relax and unwind. Both living rooms include cozy wood-burning fireplaces. The downstairs living area also features an arcade game The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, sleek finishes, and a spacious island with bar seating—perfect for cooking and gathering. It has an open layout that seamlessly connects to the living area. Must be 21+ years to book as per San Bernardino County regulations. For your security, we have two exterior cameras. One is by the driveway facing the trash cans & the second is at the exterior side of the home facing the side yard. Ring doorbell located near front door. *WINTER TRAVEL: Please note that during winter, you are required to carry snow tire chains with you. The mountain weather changes frequently & we want all our guests to come prepared. During snow, we clear the driveway & the entrance to the front door upon arrival. After that, we provide shovels & snow removal contacts if you need it for the duration of your stay. If you are unsure about driving in the snow, please make sure to get travel insurance.
