MAX OCCUPANCY: 7 guests We have PARKING for up to 3 cars in our driveway. Please note, street parking is prohibited. LAYOUT: There are approximately 3 exterior steps leading up to the front door. All three bedrooms are located on the main level and share a bathroom. The top/upstairs level features the open floor plan living area with vaulted ceilings, updated modern chef's kitchen, an additional full bathroom, and deck access to the hot tub & firepit. The front deck has beautiful mountain views of the slopes at Bear Mountain ski resort. WOOD BURNING FIREPLACE: Bring wood with you during your stay to use the cozy wood-burning fireplace. PETS: Two house-trained dogs are allowed at this cabin, but they MUST be added to the reservation guest count (pet fees apply). Dogs must never be left at the cabin unattended, unless crated. Dog sitter recommendations available upon request if needed. CENTRAL HEATING As per San Bernardino County, you must be 21+ to book. PLEASE NOTE: After booking, a copy of the Good Neighbor Policy will be sent to the booker for signing, as required by our county.
