LAYOUT: *Please note that Bedroom 4 is NOT connected to the home. It has a private entrance, along with its own en-suite. The home itself is two stories, with Bedrooms 1-3 on the second floor. One full bathroom is located on the main level and one full bathroom is located on the top level near the bedrooms. Bedroom 3 can only be accessed by passing through Bedroom 2. MAX OCCUPANCY: 8 guests MAX PARKING: 3 cars BEDROOM 1: This luxurious King bedroom is located on the top with beautiful views. BEDROOM 2: This room has a single bed, with a trundle pull-out for additional sleeping space. Please note: will have to pass this room to get into bedroom 3. BEDROOM 3: This playful kids room has four twin beds throughout & lots of fun toys & games. BEDROOM 4: This King master suite is not attached to the rest of the home. It can be accessed be either walking down the stairs from the back patio or by simply walking around the front of the home. It has a TV and it's own private en-suite bathroom here. KITCHEN: PATIO: The back patio has a gorgeous view of the lake. We have a propane firepit, outdoor dining table, and a propane barbecue. PETS: Two house-trained dogs are allowed at this cabin, but they MUST be added to the reservation guest count as that will add the pet fee onto your reservation. Dogs must never be left unattended at the home, unless crated. Central heating throughout the home. As per San Bernardino County, you must be 21+ to book. WINTER TRAVEL: Please note that during winter, you are required to carry snow tire chains with you at all times. Please plan to bring a 4-wheel drive vehicle. The mountain weather changes frequently and we want all our guests to come prepared. During snow, we clear the driveway and the entrance to the front door upon arrival. After that, we provide shovels and snow removal contacts upon request if you need it for the duration of your stay. If you are unsure about driving in the snow, please make sure to purchase travel insurance through airbnb.
