Street parking is prohibited. No garage parking as it’s used as a playroom. DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM: Features a queen bed with a pull-out twin trundle bed and smart 43" tv. Newly renovated en-suite bathroom. UPSTAIRS BEDROOM: Complete with a luxurious cal-king bed, along with a work/vanity desk, and a smart 43" tv hidden conveniently in the large closet. Large sliding patio door open up to a spacious outdoor deck. Features a connected heated bathroom (shower only) that also has an access door to the main living area. LIVING ROOM: Our sofa opens up into a queen bed, but we also have a Queen air mattress. 55" smart tv & Charging station included. KITCHEN: Brand new full-size appliances with convenient water and ice dispenser, full chef's kitchen with a spice rack, oil, coffee (Keurig, french press, & pour over, selection of teas, creamers, and sugars. PATIO DECK: Our back patio features seating area around a firepit. Propane firepit & barbeque (utensils provided). FAMILY-FRIENDLY: Infant amenities include pack n’ play with mattress & sheets, children's silverware, booster seat (ages 6m-3y), built-in baby gate at the top of the stairs in main living area, bath tub seat, humidifier, and sound machine. Large selection of various strategic and kid/family board games. DOG-FRIENDLY: *Max 2 please & need to be included in your guest count reservation! We kindly caution against leaving dogs unattended & uncrated in the home. We will charge for damages, so please don’t make us do that (scratches at the door or walls, etc.) Doggy bowls included & a fenced-in backyard. Please be respectful in picking up after them with the provided disposable bags. No cats please. EV CHARGING: We have a universal Level 2 charger compatible with most electric cars. Must be 21+ years to book as per San Bernardino County regulations. *WINTER TRAVEL: Please note that during winter, you are required to carry snow tire chains with you. The mountain weather changes frequently & we want all our guests to come prepared. During snow, we clear the driveway & the entrance to the front door upon arrival. After that, we provide shovels & snow removal contacts if you need it for the duration of your stay. If you are unsure about driving in the snow, please make sure to get travel insurance.
