There are about 10 stair steps leading down to the front door. All living areas & bedroom are on main level. The game room, pull-out couch, & an extra bathroom are downstairs. PARKING: Up to 2 cars can fit in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted. MAIN LEVEL: The main living area & two bedrooms are all on the main floor. Every room here has tall ceilings with skylights throughout, so you feel like you are truly surrounded by nature. MASTER BEDROOM: The bright & airy master is complete with a queen bed and two windows, along with a skylight. It also has a fireplace that connects to the living room and a tv. SECOND BEDROOM: The second bedroom has a custom-built bunk bed with a full bed that can easily fit two & a twin on top. Again, tall ceilings and a skylight bring out the bright & airy features of this cozy bedroom. We provide some toys for kids. DOWNSTAIRS GAMEROOM/LIVING ROOM 2: Custom built bar with a wine fridge. Mini air hockey table & Pac Man arcade game. Complete with a pull-out sofa bed for additional guests if needed. Full attached bathroom, bar area, lots of board games, and outdoor deck access that leads to a porch swing. BATHROOM: The upstairs bathroom is shared by the two bedrooms. Please note: this cabin does not have a bathtub, showers only in both bathrooms. LIVING ROOM 1: Complete with a gas fireplace (no logs needed) and a smart tv. It opens up to a large patio. Please note, we have an attached baby gate at the top of the stairs that can be used when visiting with kids. KITCHEN: We have a fully stocked kitchen with cooking oil, spices, and cooking utensils. We provide a basic coffee maker & coffee, as well as a Keurig with pods, creamer, sugar, & hot cocoa! Brita pitcher provided for water. UPSTAIRS PATIO: We have a propane bbq and dining table located on the upstairs deck off of the living room to enjoy meals and morning coffees with the most amazing unobstructed forest views. FRONT PATIO: The front patio off the side of the house has chairs around a propane firepit, where you can enjoy s'mores and cozy evenings around the fire. DOGS: Max 1 dog allowed with additional pet fee. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO ADD THE PET TO THE GUEST COUNT. Please do not leave pets unattended at the cabin without crating. No cats or puppies, please. Guests assume responsibility for any damages or additional cleaning fees association with pet damage or excessive pet mess/hair. Must be 21+ years to book as per San Bernardino County regulations. *WINTER TRAVEL: Please note that during winter, you are required to carry snow tire chains with you. The mountain weather changes frequently & we want all our guests to come prepared. During snow, we clear the driveway & the entrance to the front door upon arrival. After that, we provide shovels & snow removal contacts if you need it for the duration of your stay. If you are unsure about driving in the snow, please make sure to get travel insurance.
