A generously sized living room with a large couch and a 55" Smart TV provides the ideal space for family gatherings or relaxation after a day of adventure. Connected to this, a fully equipped kitchen stands ready for your culinary adventures. With two full ovens and a 4-burner stove, plus all the kitchen amenities. On the upper deck, you'll also find a BBQ, a smoker, a fire pit, and ample seating, providing everything you need to fully immerse yourself in the great outdoors on your trip. Bedroom 1: Upstairs, a king-size bed with a firm foam mattress awaits in a bedroom directly connected to the upper deck. The thoughtfully curated decor sets a warm ambiance, ensuring a restful and delightful stay. Bathroom 1: Adjacent to Bedroom 1 and the Living Room on the upper floor is a luxurious bathroom, offering a shower, bathtub, and full sink. MIDDLE FLOOR: Descending the staircase leads you to the Family Room. This spacious area is perfect for unwinding by a cozy fire and enjoying a movie or playing games, including a full-sized Shuffleboard with mini bowling. A mini bar allows you to craft your favorite cocktails. Bedroom 2: Directly off the Family Room, you'll find a stunning Queen Bedroom. Bathroom 2: Conveniently located directly next to Bedroom 2 and off of the Family Room, this bathroom boasts modern touches and a full shower and bathtub. Bedroom 3: Another bedroom, just off the Family Room, offers a Queen Firm Foam Mattress and modern bohemian decor. If you're working remotely, a private desk in this room allows you to extend your stay and enjoy your vacation with friends & family. Bathroom 3: Just across from Bedroom 3 and adjacent to the Family Room is another well-designed and modern full bathroom, complete with an additional shower and bathtub. Bedroom 4 - The Kids Room: This imaginative space is perfect for kids to play, create, and dream up adventures while you relax in the house. With 3 twin beds and the ability to convert one into a king by pulling out the lower drawers, this room offers flexibility for your family's needs. Lower Patio: Adjacent to the Family Room, step into an expansive outdoor haven. Equipped with two inviting hammock chairs, a cozy fireplace seating area, and a generously sized outdoor sofa, you'll find everything you need to settle in and relax amongst the trees. For those slightly chilly nights, we've even provided space heaters, ensuring your complete comfort as you immerse yourself in nature. LOWER LEVEL: The lower level houses a convenient laundry room with a full washer and dryer, to freshen up during your travels. Each bedroom features high-end mattresses, and the entire cabin has been thoughtfully renovated to provide a fresh and modern atmosphere while being nestled in the forest. PETS: We allow up to two house-trained, well behaved dogs at the cabin but they MUST be added to the reservation guest count. Please make sure to bring any additional supplies needed with you & pick up after them. Dogs must NEVER be left at the home unattended, unless crated. Please note: we do not allow dogs on any of the furniture. No cats please. Central Heating throughout. Central Air Conditioning is only available on the top floor as the bottom floors stay cool. We do provide additional portable fans for your convenience. LAKE ACCESS: Our property provides exclusive access to the Lake Arrowhead trails. After booking, you will be able to fill out a form with guest info so we can add you into the system. Per San Bernardino County regulation, you must be 21+ to book.
