Please note, there are approximately 22 stairs leading down to the front door. *We have parking for up to 3 cars in the front of the home. LAYOUT: This beautiful, newly renovated home is three stories with two outdoor decks. Two bedrooms (bunk bed room & Queen) are located upstairs & share a bathroom. The King master bedroom with en-suite bath is located on the main level. Lastly, the game room with half bath is located on the bottom floor. KID-FRIENDLY: High chair, pack n' play with mattress & sheets, one attached baby gate on main level at the top of the stairs leading down to the gameroom, one attached baby gate at the top of the stairs on the top floor, kid's step stool, kid's utensils, & kid's toys and board games. MAIN LEVEL/MASTER BEDROOM: Spacious King bed, desk with sitting area, TV, and an attached private en-suite bathroom with bath/shower combo. KITCHEN: Keurig coffee maker, french Press, pour over. Coffee pods, raw sugar, creamer, ground coffee provided. Olive oil, salt, pepper, & full spice rack LIVING ROOM: Features a gas fireplace (no logs needed) & opens up onto the deck MAIN LEVEL PATIO: Overlooking the scenic mountains, the deck has a propane firepit with seating and a propane BBQ. Propane provided UPSTAIRS QUEEN BEDROOM: This room is cozy, but comfy. Features a luxurious Casper mattress & and in-room TV. UPSTAIRS BUNK BED ROOM: Four twin size beds (2 bunk beds) in a camp-themed room. Includes children's toys. DOWNSTAIRS GAME ROOM: A fun space for kids & adults alike. Features a bar area, air hockey table, various kid's toys & games. Attached half bath with laundry. Small patio deck area. PET POLICY: We allow up to 2 well-behaved house trained dogs, as long as they are added to the reservation guest count. Please note, dogs must NEVER be left unattended at the cabin (unless crated). No cats. Guests are responsible for any damages incurred from pets brought onto the property. LAKE ACCESS: This property has access to the Lake Arrowhead, which is a private lake. Info will be sent upon booking. Must be 21+ years to book as per San Bernardino County regulations. *WINTER TRAVEL: Please note that during winter, you are required to carry snow tire chains with you. The mountain weather changes frequently & we want all our guests to come prepared. During snow, we clear the entrance to the front door upon arrival. After that, we provide shovels & snow removal contacts if you need it for the duration of your stay. If you are unsure about driving in the snow, please make sure to get travel insurance.
